Lotte Leopard offers a 30-day return window for domestic orders. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, please email charlotte@lotteleopard.com.

If your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns that have not been authorized in advance cannot be accepted.  

 

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and email charlotte@lotteleopard.com as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will gladly evaluate the issue and work with you to make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I am not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized orders, or sale items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact charlotte@lotteleopard.com.
