WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Each Lotte Leopard design is hand-cast and finished with care in my California studio. While I keep a small inventory, most pieces are made to order to honor the integrity of the art form. Please allow 10–15 business days for production and delivery within the U.S. You’ll receive shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is on its way. Expedited shipping options may be available — email charlotte@lotteleopard.com prior to purchase with your request. I do my best to accommodate rushes whenever possible.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Domestic Shipping:
Lotte Leopard currently ships anywhere in the U.S. and its territories via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Complimentary priority shipping is offered on domestic orders over $200.
International Shipping:
Lotte Leopard ships to wherever you call home. Delivery times vary by destination. (Unfortunately, I cannot promise exact arrival dates, especially if customs or local delivery delays occur.) Once your order leaves my studio, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your package’s journey. Complimentary shipping is not offered on items shipped outside the United States. Please note: International packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in my prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Payment of these fees is non-refundable.
Responsibility
I take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely and handed off to trusted carriers. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Lotte Leopard is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Ship to a safe and secure location.
